All of our wedding packages include access to a Wedding Planning Software called Aisle Planner. This platform gives our couples access to timelines, checklists, guest list tracking, their own wedding website, a design studio, calendar, contacts/contract storage, budget tracking & so much more! You will also be assigned a Lead Planner to guide you through the planning process and a dedicated assistant to support your lead planner on the day of the wedding. We would love to set up a complimentary consultation with you to learn more about the size & scope of your wedding. SILVER PACKAGE

MONTH of COORDINATION

Ability to be in full control of the planning, but have a professional Planner firm up your final plans & run the show so you can enjoy your day!

  • Vendor recommendations based on quality, style, and budget

  • Proposal, contract, and final order review

  • Vendor logistics coordination and final confirmation

  • Document creation (e.g., timeline, room layouts, ceremony details, and set up list/instructions)

  • Phone, video, and in-person meetings

GOLD PACKAGE

PARTIAL COORDINATION

This is a collaborative approach between Planner and client to bring your existing ideas to life! This package gives you the ability to pick and choose where you need the most assistance with vendors, while allowing you to do some of the planning yourself.

  • Includes everything is our Silver - Month Of Coordination Package, plus:

    • Design collaboration to include color palette and décor

    • Input on upgraded/additional rentals needs

    • Rental order placement and management

    • Input on stationary design

    • Support with proposal requests and contracts

    • Menu creation/selection assistance

    • 11 hours of event set up and management

 
 
 

PLATINUM PACKAGE

FULL COORDINATION

This package is best suited for couples who may not have the time (or desire) to tackle everything involved with the planning process, including vendor outreach and coordination, and design development. Just sit back, relax, and leave the planning to us!

Includes everything is our Gold - Partial Coordination Package, plus:

  • Complete design/décor development

  • Hand select linens, chairs, china, flatware, and glassware to compliment design

  • Stationary design and ordering

  • Serve as main point-of-contact for vendor proposals, contracts, and coordination

  • Budget customization and management

  • Menu creation/selection

  • Assistance with bridal party attire selection

  • 12 hours of event set up and management

ADD-ON COVERAGE

REHEARSAL DINNER or WELCOME RECEPTION

  • Venue and vendor recommendations and booking

  • Menu creation/selection

  • Design support including floral, décor, and rentals

  • Vendor logistics coordination and final confirmation

  • Document creation (e.g., timeline, room layouts, and set up list/instructions)
